Shop360 Automatic Refunds
In some cases, if a mobile top-up is not completed, the refund may be processed automatically.
This means:
You do not need to request a refund.
The system detects that the top-up was not completed.
The refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
Automatic refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
How Refunds Are Returned
Refunds are returned using the original payment method:
If paid online → refunded to the original payment method.
If paid using Talk360 Wallet → restored to your Talk360 Wallet balance.
