Can I Get a Refund for a Shop360 Mobile Top-Up?

Refunds are only possible if the mobile top-up was not fulfilled.
Successful mobile top-ups cannot be refunded.

When Refunds Are Not Available

A refund is not possible if:

  • The recipient received the airtime, data, or bundle.

  • The wrong mobile number was entered.

  • You changed your mind after payment.

Once a top-up is successfully delivered, it cannot be retrieved.

The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to Shop360 mobile top-ups.

When a Refund May Be Possible

A refund may be considered if:

  • Your payment was successful, and

  • The mobile carrier did not complete the top-up.

Shop360 Automatic Refunds

In some cases, if a mobile top-up is not completed, the refund may be processed automatically.

This means:

  • You do not need to request a refund.

  • The system detects that the top-up was not completed.

  • The refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.

Automatic refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

How Refunds Are Returned

Refunds are returned using the original payment method:

  • If paid online → refunded to the original payment method.

  • If paid using Talk360 Wallet → restored to your Talk360 Wallet balance.

Always review the mobile number and product carefully before confirming payment.

Delivered mobile top-ups are final.
