If you need a receipt for your Talk360 credit purchase, how you receive it depends on how you paid.
How to Request a Receipt for Other Payment Methods
If you purchased credits using a payment method outside of iOS or Google Pay, you can request a receipt directly from Talk360.
Steps to request a receipt
Open the Talk360 app
Tap Support
Send a message requesting your receipt
Information required
To avoid delays, include the following details:
First and Last Name (mandatory)
Company Name (optional)
Phone Number (used to register in the app)
Email Address
Purchase Date
Amount Paid
Currency Used
Once we receive this information, we will generate and send your receipt.
Receipts for iOS (Apple) Purchases
If you purchased credits on an iPhone using Apple Pay or in-app purchase:
The receipt is generated automatically by Apple
It is sent to the email address linked to your Apple ID
It is available in your Apple purchase history
How to find your Apple receipt
Open your Apple ID account (via Settings or Apple’s website)
Go to Payment & Shipping → Purchase History
Select the Talk360 purchase
Download or resend the receipt
⚠️ Because Apple processes the payment, Talk360 cannot issue a separate receipt for these purchases.
Receipts for Android (Google Pay) Purchases
If you purchased credits on Android using Google Pay:
The receipt is generated automatically by Google
It is sent to the email linked to your Google account
It is available in your Google Payments history
How to find your Google receipt
Go to pay.google.com
Open Activity or Transactions
Select the Talk360 purchase
Download or resend the receipt
⚠️ Because Google processes the payment, Talk360 cannot issue an additional receipt for these transactions.
Important Notes
Receipts are issued only for paid credit purchases
Bonus or promotional credits do not appear on receipts
Receipt details must match the purchase information
