Auto Top-Up automatically recharges your Talk360 balance during an active call when your paid credits run low, but only if you enabled the feature and have a valid saved payment method.
Auto Top-Up applies only when:
You enabled Auto Top-Up yourself
You are on an active call
Your paid credit balance becomes too low to continue the call
A valid saved payment method is available
Auto Top-Up is never enabled by default.
How Auto Top-Up (also known as Smart Top-Up) Works
When all required conditions are met:
Auto Top-Up triggers when your Talk360 balance becomes low
This happens while you are actively using credits during a call
The same credit amount selected during setup is recharged
The call continues without interruption
ℹ️ Auto Top-Up does not trigger outside of an active call.
How to Enable Auto Top-Up
Open the Talk360 app
Go to Buy Credits
Select your preferred credit amount
During checkout, enable Allow Auto Recharge
Complete the purchase Note: The Smart Top-up option does not appear during your very first purchase if you select the lowest credit amount, which can only be purchased once. Make a subsequent purchase with a standard amount to enable Smart Top-up.
When you enable Allow Auto Recharge, the option Save to Favorites is automatically selected.
This saves your payment method so Auto Top-Up can recharge credits during a call if needed.
ℹ️ A saved and valid payment method is required for Auto Top-Up to function.
How to Disable Auto Top-Up
You can turn Auto Top-Up off at any time:
Grey toggle = Disabled
Blue toggle = Enabled
Once disabled, automatic recharges will no longer occur.
Important to Know
⚠️ Auto Top-Up:
Works only with paid call credits
Does not apply to welcome packages
Does not apply to bonus or promotional credits
Requires a valid saved payment method
ℹ️ Auto Top-Up will not activate if:
No valid payment method is saved
You did not enable Allow Auto Recharge during checkout
Auto Top-Up works only when explicitly enabled and all required conditions are met.
