How to Buy Call Credits?

Credits are used to make calls on Talk360. You can top up anytime in the app or buy a voucher at a local store.

Buy online

  1. Open the app. On the home screen -> tap “Buy Credits"

  2. Choose an amount

  3. Select payment method (see available payment methods here)

  4. Complete the payment

Your credits should be added to your account immediately. However, there are differences in processing time depends on the payment method used.

  • For most payments, processing normally takes up to 2 hours.

  • Bank transfers require payment verification and may take up to 72 hours before credits are added.

Buy a voucher in a store

In some countries, you can buy Talk360 credit at local shops. Once you have purchased a voucher, open the Talk360 app. Tap "Redeem voucher", and enter the code.

In South Africa, for example, vouchers are available through 1Voucher, OTT Voucher, Kazang, Shop2Shop, BluVoucher, RA Cellular, Flash, and Top It Up at most major retailers.

Good to know: Payment methods and voucher outlets depend on your account’s currency (set automatically when you sign up), not your current location — so you may still see your home country’s options while traveling.

Good to know: Apple Pay is available for most currencies, but not for Nigerian Naira (NGN) accounts — those users can pay by bank transfer instead. Apple Pay also requires an iPhone with a card added to Apple Wallet.

Coming soon: Google Pay, launching October 5–6, 2026. It’ll be available on Android (app version 8.36 or later) with Google Play Services installed. It won’t be available on iOS, or on phones without Google Play Services (this includes most Huawei devices).

Auto Top-Up (Smart Top-Up)

Auto Top-Up is an optional feature that automatically adds credits to your Talk360 balance during an active call when your paid credits run low. It helps you stay connected without interruptions.

How to enable

  • Go to Buy Credits

  • Select a package

  • Turn on Allow Auto Recharge at checkout

  • Complete payment (payment method is saved automatically)

Note: It only works if you’ve manually enabled it and have a valid saved payment method.

Which payment methods support Smart Top-Up? Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, Direct eBanking (Sofort), and SEPA Direct Debit can all be saved for Smart Top-Up. Vouchers, bank transfer, M-Pesa, Ozow, and Capitec Pay can’t be used, since they don’t store your payment details.

How to disable

  • Go to Settings

  • Switch off Smart Top-Up
