What Are Promo Codes and Bonus Credits?
Promo codes are limited-time offers that give you extra call credits when you purchase call credits and meet the promotion’s conditions.
Bonus credits are the extra credits you receive after a successful promotional purchase or referral reward.
Important:
Bonus credits are added on top of your paid credits
Bonus credits can be used only for making calls
Bonus credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded
Promo codes do not discount your purchase; they add extra credits after payment
Where to Find Promo Codes
Promo offers are delivered through in-app notifications.
To view them:
From there, you are taken directly to Buy Credits, where the promo is applied automatically.
How Promo Codes Are Applied
Promo codes are applied only when:
The promotion is opened from the in-app notification
You complete a credit purchase through that flow
The promo has not expired and has not been used before
Promo codes are not entered manually.
Why a Promo Code May Not Apply
A promo code may not work if:
The promotion has expired
The promo was already used
The purchase was not started via the notification button
The purchase does not meet the promo’s conditions
If a promo does not apply, no bonus credits are added.
Can I Use More Than One Promo Code?
No.
Only one promo code can be used per purchase
Promo codes cannot be combined
If multiple offers are available, only one eligible promotion applies
