Shop360 shows two statuses for every mobile top-up:
Payment Status – confirms if your payment was received.
Mobile Top-Up Status – confirms if the mobile carrier delivered the top-up.
Both must show Success for the transaction to be complete.
How Shop360 Works
Payment Status
Success
Your payment was received.Pending
Your payment is still processing.Failed
Your payment was not completed.Canceled
The payment was stopped before completion.
If the payment is not successful, the mobile top-up will not proceed.
Mobile Top-Up Status
Success
The mobile carrier delivered the airtime or data.Pending
The carrier has not yet confirmed delivery.Failed
The carrier did not complete the mobile top-up.
When Is the Transaction Complete?
A Shop360 transaction is complete only when:
Payment Status = Success
Mobile Top-Up Status = Success
If either status does not show Success, the transaction is not fully completed.
How This Is Different from Call Credits
Shop360 requires two confirmations:
Payment confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation
Talk360 call credits require only payment confirmation.
