Buy online
Open the app. On the home screen -> tap “Buy Credits"
Choose an amount
Select payment method (see available payment methods here)
Complete the payment
Your credits should be added to your account immediately. However, there are differences in processing time depends on the payment method used.
For most payments, processing normally takes up to 2 hours.
Bank transfers require payment verification and may take up to 72 hours before credits are added.
Buy a voucher in a store
In some countries, you can buy Talk360 credit at local shops. Once you have purchased a voucher, open the Talk360 app. Tap "Redeem voucher", and enter the code.
Good to know: The payment methods and voucher outlets available depends on your country. The app will show you the available options at checkout.
Auto Top-Up (Smart Top-Up)
Auto Top-Up is an optional feature that automatically adds credits to your Talk360 balance during an active call when your paid credits run low. It helps you stay connected without interruptions.
How to enable
Go to Buy Credits
Select a package
Turn on Allow Auto Recharge at checkout
Complete payment (payment method is saved automatically)
Note: It only works if you’ve manually enabled it and have a valid saved payment method.
How to disable
Go to Settings
Switch off Smart Top-Up
