You need to buy more call credits as you seem not to have enough to make a phone call. You can buy more credits on the front page in the app, just press the "call credits" and choose the amount.
A reminder that Talk360 calls are charged per minute based on the destination number you call. Credits are deducted only when a call successfully connects.

If you are seeing this error message while calling it is most likely due to the phone number being in the wrong format. Here is a reminder on number formatting:
Every number should start with a + followed by the country code, then the local number. Do not include the leading 0 of the local number.
For example
Netherlands: +31 6 12345678
South Africa: +27 71 234 5678
United States: +1 212 555 0100

Here are the most likely causes for seeing the Call Failed error message.
The person you’re calling is temporarily unavailable — their phone may be off or out of service.
You’ve made too many calls in a short period of time — wait a few minutes before trying again.
The call took too long to connect — try calling again
Your internet connection dropped during the call attempt — check your Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again

The reason you are seeing this error message has to do with bad internet connection. You can try to call with a different mobile carrier if the problem continues. You can also try these steps to achieve better connection:
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Restart your device
Disable any VPN or proxy apps
Try calling again after a short wait
Call a different number to check if the issue is specific to one contact

This error message is commonly received when the problem is in the recipients end. They might be busy, or their phone might be turned off. In this case you have to wait until they answer. You can also try to call this specific number through a different mobile connection.

If you are seeing this error message, there is a reason to suggest you are calling a premium number.
Premium or service numbers are numbers that cost more to call than standard mobile or landline numbers.
They are often used for:
Paid services
Business hotlines
Information or entertainment services
Special customer support lines
Important: Premium numbers are billed differently by telecom operators. This is why you might experience unexpected call rates when calling these numbers.
